What are your hours of operation?
We're open Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm, and Saturday 9am – 3pm. We're closed on Sundays. Visit our contact page for more details.

Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Call us at (903) 758-6164 or bring your insurance card to the pharmacy and we'll verify your coverage.
Prescriptions
How do I refill a prescription online?
Visit our Prescription Refills page and use the online refill portal. You'll need your prescription number, which can be found on your prescription label.
Can I transfer a prescription from another pharmacy?
Yes! Use our online transfer form or call us at (903) 758-6164 with the details of the prescription you'd like to transfer, and our team will handle the entire process for you.
How long does a prescription refill take?
Most refills are ready within 30 minutes during business hours. Online refill requests submitted after hours are typically processed first thing the next morning.
Do you offer prescription delivery?
Yes, we offer home delivery throughout Longview and East Texas. Call us at (903) 758-6164 to arrange delivery for your prescriptions.
What is Med Sync?
Med Sync is our medication synchronization program. We align all your prescriptions to refill on the same day each month, so you only make one trip. Ask any of our pharmacists to enroll.

What compounding services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of compounding services including hormone replacement therapy, pediatric formulations, veterinary compounding, and dermatological preparations. Visit our services page for full details.
Do I need an appointment for immunizations?
No appointment is necessary for most immunizations. Walk-ins are welcome during regular pharmacy hours. For specialty vaccines, please call ahead to confirm availability.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Our complimentary gift wrapping is one of the things we're known for. Every gift purchased at Louis Morgan Drug #4 comes with our signature beautiful wrapping at no extra charge.
What is the Vitality Program?
